Mad Max Fury Road is the 4th instalment in the Mad Max franchise (No I haven’t seen the previous ones). This time out we follow not Max but Furiosa (played by Charlize Theron) as she tries to take Immortan’s breeders to the Green place, so they can be free. Max joins the mission when he is kidnapped by Nux (portrayed by Nicholas Hoult) and strapped to the front of the car as Nux and the rest of Immortan’s people chase after Furiosa, what follows is about 2 hours of non-stop action and car stunts!

As you can tell there isn’t much story or character development but if you want non-stop action then this is your film. Despite the film being called Mad Max, Furiosa was the main character and Max was kind of second or even third behind Nux but I was more than okay with that. It really does work and feels like Max is kind of a hero coming in to save the day and it works and makes me look forward to the future of this franchise

Visually, the film was absolutely stunning, I know George Miller (Director) used as much Practical effects as possible and you could tell and it really did add something to the film. If you have the chance to see it in IMAX go and do it! The score was also superb throughout the entire of the film which added to how amazing the film was as well.

Overall, I rate Mad Max Fury Road 9/10! The film did its purpose and really plays of the stunning stunts and action, so much so that I will go back and watch the previous 3 films.
