Toy Story 3 Review

ALL THE FEELS!

Toy Story 3 stars Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Ned Beatty, Don Rickles, Joan Cusack, Michael Keaton, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Estelle Harris and Jodi Benson.

Toy Story 3 is set now that Andy is an adult and is going to college (university for english people) so he is clearing out his room and needs to decide what he is going to do with his toys. The toys end up going to a daycare centre. They think it will be all nice but they are put in the wrong room and end up with children too young that damage the toys and don’t take care of them. When the gang ask to be moved to a room for older children, they are turned down by the toys who are already there and realise these toys aren’t so nice. So with the help of Woody, who was chosen to stay with Andy, the toys plan to escape if they can without the other toys stopping them.

Toy Story 3 hits all the emotions! Happyness, laughter, sadness (I nearly cried) and it that makes it a perfect film. When it was announced I was a bit unsure how the film would turn out because it had been such a long time since Toy Story 2. All the team came back though, which gave me hope. I’m glad they went with the option that they did with making Andy older and, as the toy story films were films that I grew up with, and I was at a similar age and was deciding so it was very relatable to me. This film is also very, very funny and is perfect for all the family. Ken, Lotso and Big Baby are very good additions to the franchise and worked great and something different for the toys to take on.

Overall, I rate Toy Story 3 9/10! Perfect for all the family to enjoy. Lots of laugh out loud moments and you may even shed a tear. Toy Story 3 is my favourite out of the trilogy by a long way and I love the other 2. Not overly looking forward to Toy Story 4 because I really do not want them to ruin one of the best film franchises!

What did you think of Toy story 3? Which is your favourite in the trilogy?
